“藤壶开花腐蚀”及其历程的模式

摘    要:藤壶对海洋设施危害极大。人们早在一百多年前就开始研究它,前人的研究偏重于藤壶的附着机制,而对其附着对金属腐蚀的影响研究甚少。作者研究了藤壶生长过程对普碳钢、蒙乃尔、工业纯钛和一种不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)等四种金属材料腐蚀的影响。


BARNACLE BLOOMING CORROSION" AND ITS MECHANISM
Abstract:A new corrosion phenomenon, the "barnacle blooming corrosion", is first introduced in this paper. Its mechanism of corrosion is described as follows. First the death of barnacle, followed by the decomposition of the dead barnacle by bacteria, then the activation of metal on which the antennular cyprids attach, formation of highly corrosive electric cell (metal outside of the barnacle shell serves as cathodic, that inside of the barnacle shell anodic), and finally the resultant barnacle pit.
