摘    要:海洋资源的过度开发导致沿海地区资源短缺、环境污染等问题不断出现,海洋生态系统逐渐遭到破坏,本文选取河北省海域典型资源即渔业、盐业、旅游作为承载力的研究视角,主要基于供需平衡法对河北省海域资源承载力进行综合测算。研究结果表明,河北省沿海地区整体渔业资源已经处于接近饱和状态,现状开发已大大满足该地区需求,应适当缩减;盐业不具备经济比较优势,应控制盐田规模扩张;旅游资源整体具有较大发展空间,应在不对环境产生影响的前提下鼓励沿海地区进行旅游资源开发。该研究可为沿海地区经济发展与资源优化配置提供科学依据,同时也为协调和决策区域海洋经济产业发展提供相关理论基础。

Abstract:The excessive development of marine resources has resulted in problems such as the shortage of resources,environment pollution,etc.The marine environment suffered great damage.From the perspective of the typical resources such as fishery,salt industry and tourism in Hebei Province,the marine carrying capacity was calculated with the method of supply and demand balance.The results showed that fishery was close to saturation state and should be reduced.The salt industry has no economic advantage and should be controlled in scale expansion.The tourism still has space to develop and should be encouraged in coastal areas without impacting on the environment.This study is of significance for marine economic future development goals,and can provide scientific proof and decision support for ocean economy industry development and management.
