| 摘 要： | 本文提出了海洋气象功能区的概念,从气象需求导向、海洋功能基础、海洋产业融合、陆海联动统筹和资源永续利用5个方面确立了海洋气象功能区的分类原则,综合气象因素影响和海洋产业空间布局,对气象条件高敏感的海洋功能区进行了划分归类,得到8类海洋气象功能区。并以青岛为例,依托海岸基本功能区和近海基本功能区进行了海洋气象功能区的分类,结合实际探索开展了初步应用,可以更好地为海洋管理和开发提供气象技术支持。

| Abstract: | The concept of marine meteorological functional zone(MMFZ)is proposed,and the principles of the classification are established from five aspects:the orientation of meteorological demand,the foundation of marine function,the fusion of marine industry,the coordination of land and sea and sustainable use of resources.The MMFZ is highly sensitive to meteorological conditions,and eight classes of the MMFZs are classified considering the meteorological influence and marine industrial layout.Taking Qingdao as an example,the MMFZs are classified based on coastal and offshore basic functional area,and preliminary application is carried out in combination with practical work.Better meteorological technical support can be provided for marine management and development. |
