摘    要:针对现场观测数据缺乏的情形,提出了一种新的利用GOCI影像反演渤海海域表层悬浮泥沙浓度(SSC)的方法。应用mMUMM大气校正算法对GOCI数据进行大气校正处理得到的GOCI遥感反射率产品后,以MODIS影像反演得到的表层悬浮泥沙浓度(SSC)作为参考值,对已应用于渤海的4种SSC反演模型进行参数化拟合,最后通过对比确定了效果最好的参数化SSC经验模型并且进行了验证。验证结果显示最优参数化模型的平均相对误差绝对值(16.0%)和均方根误差(12.2 mg/L)均相对较低,表明该模型可适用于渤海海域GOCI数据的SSC反演。通过采用建立的最优参数化SSC反演算法对2015年12月至2016年11月的GOCI数据对渤海海域的季节平均SSC进行了估计和分析。相比其他区域,渤海湾、莱州湾、辽东湾等3个海湾和黄河口附近沿岸SSC相对较高;3个海湾水体区域,从沿岸向离岸方向SSC由高变低,具有明显的浓度梯度;季节上,整个渤海海域SSC在冬季最高,夏季最低,春季与秋季相差不大。渤海SSC这些明显的空间分布特征、季节变化特性与前人研究结果一致,表明该算法应用于渤海可行。

Abstract:A novel method has been provided to estimate the surface suspended sediment concentration(SSC)in the Bohai Sea based on GOCI imagery in the case of lacking in-situ data.The corresponding remote sensing reflectivity product was obtained after applying the mMUMM atmospheric correction algorithm to the GOCI L1 B data.Four SSC retrieval models already used in the Bohai Sea were parameterized and fitted with the MODIS-derived SSC as a proxy value for the in-situ SSC and the remote sensing reflectance.The best parametric SSC empirical model was determined and verified.The verification results show that the average absolute value of relative error(16.0%)and the root mean square error(12.2 mg/L)of the optimal parametric model are relatively low,indicating that the model can be suitable for the SSC retrieval of GOCI data in the Bohai Sea.Additionally,the seasonally averaged SSC in the Bohai Sea was estimated by using the established optimal parametric SSC retrieval algorithm for GOCI data from December 2015 to November 2016.Compared with other regions,the SSC values for the surface water in the three bays,i.e.the Bohai Bay,the Laizhou Bay and the Liaodong Bay,and the coastal region near the mouth of the Yellow River are relatively high.In the water areas of the three bays,the SSC changes from high to low from coast to offshore,with a clear concentration gradient.Seasonally,the SSC in the whole Bohai Sea is the highest in winter,and the lowest in summer,and there is little difference between spring and autumn.Those obvious spatial distribution and seasonal variation characteristics of the SSC in the Bohai Sea are consistent with the previous research results,indicating that the developed algorithm is applicable to the Bohai Sea.
