金乌贼受精卵孵化及不同材料附着基附卵效果的初步研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下.对日照岚山头近海的金乌贼受精卵进行了孵化实验。金乌贼受精卵孵化率约为79.3%;仔乌与成体金乌贼形态相似,其胴长、体重的平均值分别为5.53mm、70mg。不同材料附着基附卵效果的研究结果表明:柽柳、黄花蒿、地肤草、竹苗的平均附着率分别为74.0%,71.2%,31.9%和20.2%,四种附着基附卵量500粒以上比例的平均值分别为79.7%,72.8%,10.5%和0。今后,可选择柽柳和黄花蒿作为金乌贼受精卵附着基进行金乌贼的增殖保护。

Abstract:An experiment on the hatching of Sepia esculenta oosperms from lanshan coastal waters of Rizhao was conducted under the laboratory conditions. The hatching rate of Sepia esculenta oosperms was about 79.3% and the overall morphology of the hatchlings was similar to that of the adults. The average values of mantle length and body weight were 5.33mm and 70mg, respectively. The results on the effects of Chengliu (Tamarix chinensis), Huanghuahao (Artemisia annua), Difucao (Kochia scoparia) and Zhumiao (bamboo branch) showed that their average adhesion rates were 74.0%, 71.2%, 31.9% and 20.2% respectively, and the average values of proportion of egg number above 500 were 79.7%,72.8%, 10.5% and 0 respectively. Therefore, Chengliu and Huanghuahao may be selected to be adhesion substrates for Sepia esculenta oosperms for its enhancement.
