| 摘 要： | 对青鱼、草鱼、链、鳙的20种同工酶之间的酶谱相似度指数进行了统计和比较，聚类分析的结果表明，所提出的酶谱相似度指数能将4种鱼所属的亚科正确归类，证明是预测种间亲缘关系的一种较客观、简便的方法。

| Abstract: | The zymogram siulilarity indices of 20 isozymes among back carp, grass carp,silver carp and bighead carp were calculated and compared. The results of cluster analysis showed that the relationship among the four fish species could be correctly classified by the index of zymogram similarity. This proved that the zymogram similarity was an objective and a simple and convenient method of estimating the relationship among species. |
