摘    要:本文研究了不同的Cd2+浓度与磷酸盐浓度交互作用对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)和微绿球藻(Nannochloris oculata)生长及叶绿素荧光特性的影响.三因子方差分析结果表明,Cd2+浓度、磷酸盐浓度、胁迫时间及三者的交互作用对小球藻和微绿球藻的叶绿素荧光特性、叶绿素相对含量以及细胞密度均具有显著影响(...

Abstract:The interaction effects of different Cd2+ and P concentrations on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Yield and rETR) of Chlorella sp.and Nannochloris oculata(obtained from the Microalgae Culture Center(MACC),Ocean university of China) were investigated.The three-factor analysis of variance results indicated that Cd2+ concentrations,P concentrations,stress time and their interaction all had significant effects on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,relative chlorophyll content...
