摘    要:本文科用五个ClNaⅡ水型低洼盐碱地池塘的底泥和水样,测定了底泥、间隙水和池水中的N、P营养盐含量,并设定NaHCO34mmol/L加搅拌、CaCl22mmol/L加搅拌、NaHCO34mmol/L+CaCl22mmol/L加搅拌、搅拌等四种处理方法及对照,研究了四种处理方法对于促进盐碱池塘底泥营养盐的释放的作用。实验结果表明:四种处理方法都明显地促使底泥释放NH4-N、PO4-P,同时使水体中的NO3-N、NO2-N浓度减少,但都未达到显著程度(P>0.05),这说明加入的试剂并未显著增加盐碱池塘底泥营养盐的释放。在本实验的处理方法下,底泥对NH4-N、PO4-P的吸附与释放与底泥中NH4-N、PO4-P的含量有密切关系。

Abstract:Samples of soils, pore water and pond water were taken from five ClNallwater-type ponds on saline-alkaline land. The contents of nitrogen and phosphorous in the soils, the pore water and the pond water have been determined. The four treatments were as follows: NaHCO3 4mmol/L plus soil-water mixture, CaCl22mmol/L plus soil-water mixture, NaHCO3 4mmol/L plus CaCl2 2mmol/L plus soilwater mixture, and simple soil-water mixture. Hence we could study the role of these treatments in increasing the ability of the bottom soils of brackish ponds to release nitrogen and phosphorous, and raising the availability of nitrogen and phosphorous. The result indicates that the four treatments have all made soils release NH4-H, PO4-P and have obviously reduced the concentrations of NO3-N and NO2-N in the water column, but the effects have not reached a significant level (P>0.05). Furthermore, the effects of these four treatments on the adsorption and desorption of four kinds of nutrients have no significant difference (P>0.05),which shows that the added NaHCO3 4mmol/L, CaCl2 2mmol/L and their mixture have not raised the availability of nitrogen and phosphorous significantly.Under these kinds of treating methods, the adsorption and desorption by bottom soils were affected by many factors, among which the contents of nitrogen and phosphorous in bottom soils are a main factor.
