| Abstract: | Analysis of the relationship between the division of marine functional zones and the division of marine main functional zones is the basis which can make the two works to play their roles fully. The relationship between the division of marine functional zones and the division of marine main functional zones studied in this paper from the two aspects: drafting and conducting, just to promote the combination of the two works. |
