数据采集系统中自动校准技术的研究

摘    要:为使海洋观测设备在室外恶劣环境条件下仍可实现高可靠性、高准确性的自动数据采集,从而实现无人管理工作,介绍了数据采集系统的自动校准技术,即通过一个校准输入通道,产生两个高精度的基准信号,用软件的方法对模拟测量通道进行校准,以保证测量准确度。此技术已经过实验论证,并在海洋监测、气象、环保等方面取得了广泛的应用。要保证自校准电路正常工作,选择一个高稳定性基准源,是本设计的一个关键因素,要求基准源必须具有高精度、低温度系数和高稳定性。

Abstract:In order to actualize self-management,the research on automatic-calibration technology in the signal processing system was discussed.Two high precision benchmark signals were brought through one calibration input channel.In order to guarantee the measure nicety,a set of software to calibration for the simulation measure channel was programmed.This technology has been demonstrated according to the experimentation and obtained application abroad in various aspects.A high-stabilization benchmark is a key in this design.
