| 摘 要： | 一种适用于近海使用的表层漂流浮标,利用GPS定位,通过GSM/CDMA网络传输数据,是一种准确实时、成本低廉的环境监测和海流、污染跟踪工具。文章介绍几种溢油跟踪监测方法和特点、表层漂流浮标的设计及其在溢油漂移轨迹跟踪中应用的特点。

| Abstract: | A kind of nearsurface drifter deployed in coastal sea.It is a real-time,low-cost tool of monitoring environment and tracking ocean current and pollutants on the sea.Its position is located by GPS and measuring data is transmitted by GSM/CDMA.In this paper,several methods and their characteristic of spilled-oil tracking and monitoring,the design of the near surface drifter and its application in forecasting the trajectory of spilled are presented. |
