| 摘 要： | 海洋资源开发技术是开发和利用海洋资源的核心技术,在整个海洋技术系统中具有重要的支撑作用.当前,海洋资源开发技术发展迅猛,各种配套技术和装备呈日新月异变化态势.极大推动了海洋开发活动在深度和广度上的不断拓展.我国今后经济社会发展将更加依赖海洋资源,而海洋资源开发技术的发展水平直接决定了对海洋资源的开发利用程度,对保障我国经济社会持续发展所需的资源和能源供给具有至关重要的作用.
