| 摘 要： | 海洋监测高技术现已成为世界各海洋国家研究发展的重点，在建立海洋环境自动监测系统方面做了大量的工作，取得了许多成功的经验。本文了社会发展和经济建设对海洋监测高技术的需求，介绍了国内外在海洋监测技术方面所取得的进展，提出了我国发展海洋监测高技术的框架建议。
