| Abstract: | Based on the facts of a shortage of energy sources,which has highly restricted the economic development and people's living improvement in coastal area and islands,The research and development of the oceanic energy were analyzed and evaluated internal,and some policy suggestions on the oceanic energy use in China were brought forward. |
