| 摘 要： | 为了更好地完成我国近海海洋能调查与评价工作,分析了调查方案的设计与评价的相关性问题,说明了不同的调查方法对评价结果的影响。增加调查方案的相关性,是完成评价工作的重要保证。如何利用有限的资金,科学合理的设计调查方案,是海洋能调查与评价工作者必须认真对待的问题。

| Abstract: | For promoting investigation and evaluation of ocean energy resources in China's offshore areas,correlation between the designs of ocean energy investigation projects and their evaluation are analyzed,and the impact of different survey methods on the results of evaluation is discussed.The paper indicates that it is of importance to improve the correlation of survey designs,which is critical to the success of evaluation.In view of the limited availability of financial resources,the paper stresses that it is of great significance for operators of ocean energy survey and evaluation to design the survey projects rationally and in a scientific manner. |
