| 摘 要： | 机载遥感海上溢油监测系统在发达国家中已得到有力证实，本文通过运用此项技术，结合我国实际情况，研究与设计了一种新型，小型的监测系统，试图在港口，港区环境中应用，以利海洋环境的保护。文中对系统的技术指标和功能实现，做了详尽的分析和介绍。

| Abstract: | The airborne remote-sensing offshore spilled oil monitoring system has been fully confirmed in the developed countries.By using this technology in the light of the actual conditions in China,this paper researches and designs a new,small-sized system,which is to be tried out in the harbours and the environment of the harbour areas for the benefit of marine environmental protection.The paper makes a detailed analysis of and introduction to the technical specification and function implementation of the system. |
