摘    要:对基于小球藻的T-R方法获得的光程放大校正因子适用性进行分析评价。结果表明,基于小球藻的光程放大校正因子与Tassan(1995)和Mitchell(1990)的结果可比,适用于不同类型和不同海区悬浮颗粒物吸收系数的测量。研究结果同时也验证了T-R法在高悬浊水体应用的优越性。

Abstract:The pathlength amplification correction factor acquired by T-R method with Chlorella vulgaris is analyzed.The results demonstrate that the pathlength amplification correction factor with T-R method based on Chlorella vulgaris is comparable with Tassan(1995) and Mitchell(1990).The result is suitable to measure the absorption coefficient of particle of different type and sea area.It also shows the advantage of T-R method in highly turbid water.
