| Abstract: | An automated photographic method is described for recording short-interval changes in sand levels on a natural beach. Results of photographic technique are compared with profiles obtained by conventional surveying methods. Lapse-time photography offers a wide range of possibilities for accurate and efficient beach measurements when information in large amounts is required. |
