摘    要:针对双台子地区井壁坍塌问题,选定DZ-31钻井液。室内通过岩屑浸泡、岩屑回收率、页岩膨胀率等试验方法对其防塌性进行了评价。现场进行了2口井试验表明:转化可行,性能稳定,抗温性好;携岩能力强;抑制性强,防塌性能优越;有助于保护油气层;无毒,综合钻成本低。

Abstract:A Novel anti- sloughing drilling fluid is selected to deal with instability hole in Shangtaizi area,Liaohe basin. Anti- sloughing property is evaluated through soaking cutting, recovery rate of shale and swelling rate shale in laboratory. Tests on two wells indicated that DZ-31 drilling fluid system possesses advantage of stabilization, good cutting transportation and inhibition, resisting high temperature. This kind of drilling fluid is suitable for protecting oil and gas formation without environment pollution. It is beneficial for adjustment of fluid performance and less cost in deep well.
