摘    要:四川杨柳坪镍矿石属于低品位镍矿资源,其矿石中镍的品位为0.45%,主要以硫化物形式存在(磁黄铁矿、镍黄铁矿)。镍黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿中镍的占有率在90%以上。主要矿物的工艺嵌布粒度统计分析表明,在较细粒级0.040 mm以下粒级及0.020 mm以下级分别有10%~15%及3.5%~5.5%的含量分布,因此选矿分选过程中,将有部分嵌布粒度较细的硫化物矿物难于解离,由于硫化物的磨矿解离度不高,且主要的硫化物彼此间的连体较多,选矿采用以磁黄铁矿为主的硫化物集合体作为回收单位较为适宜。此外,研究区硫化物矿物的物性较脆,磨矿过程中应防止其过粉碎。

Abstract:In order to make the best utilization of the low grade nickel ore,the processing mineralogy of nickel ore in the Yangliuping of Sichuan Province is studied.The grade of nickel is 0.45% in the nickel ore and the nickel existing in the sulfide includes pyrrhotite,nickel pyrite,chalcopyrite respectively.The occurrence of nickel in pentlandite and magnetite is over 90% and the occurrence of copper in the chalcopyrite is over 95%.The carrier minerals of useful elements tend to concentrate in space.As is shown in grain size analysis of three major minerals,there are some more fine-grained grains with the percent ranging from 10% to 15%(<0.04 mm) and from 3.5% to 5.5%(<0.02 mm).So,there are some small-sized disseminated sulfide minerals which are difficulty to liberate in the process of concentration.In addition,the sulphide mineral is brittle,so care should be taken to prevent from crashing when grinding.The gangue mineral is mostly metamorphic mineral,including serpentine,chlorite and amphibole,which are easy to be argillizated during the grinding,which makes ore processing more difficult.
