变质相平衡的研究进展

摘    要:变质相平衡是变质岩石学中最核心的问题之一,20世纪90年代以来,国外在这一领域取得了重要进展,即利用内洽性热力学数据库、THERMOCALC程序以及合理的矿物相活度模型定量计算模式体系中的岩石成因格子(P-T投影图)和有关的各种剖面图,如共生图解和针对特定岩石组分的p-T、p-x和T-x视剖面图等。尤其是在p-T视剖面图解上,可以定量计算矿物成分、矿物摩尔含量及岩石饱和水含量等值线,从而可以定量地阐述天然岩石在p-T-x空间内的相平衡关系、确定岩石形成的p-T条件和p-T-t轨迹。

Abstract:Phase equilibrium is one of the pivotal issues in metamorphic petrology. Since the beginning of 1990's, a great progress has been made in this field. Using the internally consistent thermodynamic data set, the software THERMOCALC and some available models of activity-composition relation for mineral phase, petrogenetic grids (p-T projection) for model systems and related compatibility diagrams, p-T. p-x and T-x pseudosections for specific bulk compositions can be quantitatively calculated. Especially the contoured p-T pseudosections with mineral compositions, mole proportions and saturated water contents in rock lead to a capability to quantitatively elaborate the phase relations in p-T-x space for natural rocks, moreover, to confine the p-T conditions and p-T-t path of metamorphism.
