摘    要:DDW钻探微机多功能监测系统由传感器、接口电路、工业微机、输出与报警设备组成。可随钻监测和记录钻进过程,对孔内异常工况报警,跟踪钻孔轨迹,从而改变凭经验打钻的现状,提高钻探效率,降低事故率,保证好的地质效果。

Abstract:In order to improve driling efficiency and ensure geological survey quality, un-dex assist financially of geologicl science-technical development fund a drill Microcomput-er Monitoring System had been developed. Which consists of 7 sensors, interface circuit, industrial micro-computer, output and alarm devices is successfully developed. With this system, 9 ways of drilling parameters can be real-timely monitored and recorded while 4-6 drilling curves be drawn simultaneously. With the expert experience and constraint con-ditions that originally fed into the system and it can give out light and sound alarm. Be-sides the funtion of tracking well trajectory and predicting hiting the targit of derectional holes, the system also has the capactity of creating a database. With the information such as prompt in Chinese or English and curves, which shows on the screen, field staff can easily distinguish change of formations (hard, soft, integrat-ed , fissured etc. ) and predict the drilling in mineral deposits, thus ensure geological sur-vey quality. It can also aid in optimizing drilling parameters and distinguishing some ab-normal working conditions-in-hole including burning of bit, core jam and twist-offs pipeetc, therefor, drilling accidents reduced and penetration rate improved. This achievement being applyed to field cases in rcent years, not only is accident cent-age decreased by 12 points from the original centageand efficiency is raise by more than 38% of meterage per rig-month, but also gain perfect geological survey quality, it was honored with "1992 national-class new product" and won MGMR'S second prize in 1993.
