| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆是信息经济时代的产物．数字图书馆的产生为图书馆和科技图书情报工作人员提供了广阔的发展空间，同时也对图书馆和科技图书情报工作的传统模式提出了严峻挑战。数字图书馆的特征决定了其不可能一蹴而就，必须有一个系统的发展过程．图书馆和图书科技情报工作人员应牢牢把握数字图书馆的发展方向，转变现念，与时俱进，不断充实现代信息知识，学习现代信息技术，坚持图书馆和图书科技情报工作的服务方针，全方位提高自身素质，主动迎接数字图书馆的来临．

| Abstract: | Digital library is the product of information economical times. The appearance of digital library provides wide space for libraries and scientific information workers, and seriously challenges the traditional modes of libraries and scientific information work. The characters of digital libraries decide that it is a systematical project and can't be done at one time. Libraries and its workers should follow the direction of digital libraries development, change their old ideas, go ahead along with the times, continuously learn modern information technologies, insist on the guideline of service for the country, entirely advance their qualities, initiatively receive the coming of digital libraries. |
