摘    要:在完成海泡石矿石样品的矿物组成及相对含量测试、均匀性检验、稳定性和粒度分布特征检查的基础上,选择合适的X射线粉晶衍射定量测量海泡石的实验条件,利用海泡石、刚玉和萤石纯样配制一系列海泡石质量分数已知的标准样品,采用内标定量法、固体计数器和计数强度测试技术,对低、中、高3种不同含量的海泡石样品进行测量。结果表明:获得的海泡石样品定量测量数据符合现有的行业标准,采用的定量测试方法与测量条件满足黏土开采企业和实验研究单位测试要求,达到了X射线粉晶衍射法定量分析黏土矿物的目的。

Abstract:Based on the studies of components and contents of sepiolite, homogeneous test, stability and particle size distribution characteristic, the experimental conditions of X-ray Powder Diffractometer were optimized for the determination of sepiolite. A series of sepiolite standard materials were prepared using pure sepiolite, corundum and fluorite minerals. The 3 different contents of sepiolites, sorted low, middle and high, were measured by solid counter and intensity count technology with an internal standard. The experimental results show that the quantitative measured data of sepiolite samples met the requirements of the industry standard. The measuring method and conditions met the requirements of clay mining enterprises and associated labs. The X-ray powder diffraction method achieved the goal of quantitative mineral components analysis for sepiolite.
