摘    要:采用Na2O2、Na2CO3 碱熔重晶石,水提取,氨水沉淀稀土元素,经氢型阳离子交换树脂交换分离富集稀土元素,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱对重晶石中超痕量稀土元素进行测定,用铑作内标元素补偿基体效应和灵敏度漂移。重晶石中钡的分离效率达到99. 999%,检出限为0. 11~6. 9ng/g,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)≤13. 7%。

Abstract:The samples are fused with Na 2O 2and Na 2 CO 3.After dissolution of the fusion cake, the analytes are precipitated in a qua ammonia, and the fusion agents of large quantity are separated by filtration . The precipitates are then dissolved by acid and ultra-trace REEs are preconce ntrated and separated by ion exchange chromatography, and determined by ICP-MS. Matrix effect and sensitivity drift are compensated by Rh, an interior label el ement. The results show that the separation efficiency of barium in barite is 99 .999%, and the detection limits of REEs for the method are in the range of 0. 11~ 6.9 ng/g, and the relative standard deviations of REEs are less than or equal to 13.7%(RSD, n=9).
