高铝稀土锌合金的光电直读光谱分析

摘    要:用光电直读光谱法分析高铝稀土锌合金中合金元素和杂质元素的含量,确定了被测元素的光谱分析线、最佳分析条件、分析样品制备要求、校准曲线的拟合情况。方法制样简单,无污染,各元素相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)≤6.67%,与国标方法对照,结果相符。

Abstract:A method for the determination of major components and impurities in high-aluminum-rare earth-zinc alloys by photoelectric direct reading spectrometry was developed.The analysis conditions including sample preparation,selection of spectral lines for the determined elements,instrument operation parameters and calibration curve fitting were studied and optimized.The method has been applied to the determination of the major components and impurities in high-aluminum-rare earth-zinc alloys and the results are in agreement with those by the National Standard Method with precision of less than 6.67%(RSD,n=11).
