铜—1—(2—吡啶偶氮)—2—萘酚络合物吸附波的研究

摘    要:在PH6.2的NaOH-KH2PO4介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚生成络合物,在线性单扫描示波极谱仪上于-0.25V处出现一灵敏络合物吸附波。铜的质量浓度在1-460μg/L内与峰高呈良好线性关系,检出限0.5μg/L。

Abstract:In NaOHKH2PO4 medium at pH 6.2, copper() reacts with PAN to form a complex which appears a sharp polarographic wave on DME at -0.25 V (vs. SCE). The peak height is linear with the concentration of copper () in the range of 1460 g/L with detection limit of 0.5 g/L. Several electrochemical methods have been used to investigate the reaction mechanism and the results prove that the polarographic wave is an adsorptive wave. The complex is positive charged, the number of electron transfer is 1 and the peak current is produced from the reduction of copper() in the complex. And the molar ratio of Cu() to PAN in the complex is 11. The interferences from the coexistent elements on the determination are also studied. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of copper in aluminium alloy and sediment samples. The results are in agreement with those provided by other method and precision is 3.5% RSD (n=6).
