摘    要:without Octupole Reaction System and the ICP-MS with ORSSHI Yan-zhi1, WANG Ying-feng1, HE Run-ju其含量转换为轻、重稀土的总量。方法已用于实际样品测定,结果与化学法相符,10次测定的相对标准偏差分别为:CeO2的RSD为1.43%,Y2O3的RSD为1.11%。

Abstract:Synthesized standard samples and pressed powder pellet methods have been used to develop a method for indirect XRF spectrometric determination of light and heavy rare earth elements in minerals. The contents of Ce and Y are directly determined by XRF and transtormed into total amount of light and heavy rare earth elements according to the correlative coefficients of contents for Ce and Y with that of light and heavy rare earth elements respectively from synthesized standard sample analysis.The method has been applied to the determination of light and heavy rare earth elements in mineral samples with satifactory results, the results were fundamentally the same.
