摘    要:以草酸-草酸铵溶液(Tamm溶液)浸提土壤中的有效钼,过滤,滤液蒸干,马弗炉高温灰化,盐酸提取,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定土壤中的有效钼。方法检出限(3s)达0.012×10-6,精密度(RSD,n=12)为2.31%~4.78%,经国家土壤有效态一级标准物质的验证,结果满足分析要求。

Abstract:After digestion of effective Mo in soil through oxalic acid-ammonia oxalate solution(Tamm solution),filtering,drying of filtrate by distillation,high-temperature ashing in muffle furnace,and extration by hydrochloric acid,effective Mo in soil is determined by inductance coupling plasma atomic emmission spectrum.The detection limit(3s) is up to 0.012×10-6,precision(RSD,n=12) 2.31%~4.78%.As tested by national primary standard substance of soil availability,the analytical result is satisfactory.
