| 摘 要： | 在充分调研成武县农村土地管理工作和当前农村土地管理政策和管理现状的基础上,认为目前成武县农村土地管理存在集体土地所有权部分弱化,土地市场流转机制不畅以及集体土地管理不规范。应强化农村土地所有权主体的权利,严格执行土地用途管制制度,完善土地管理制度和法律法规,同时进行针对性的规划和监管。

| Abstract: | On the basis of fully surveying present condition and policies of rural land management,it is regarded that in the current rural land management in Chengwu county,collective land ownership of land markets is still weakening,and poor circulation mechanism of collective land management and non-standardized management system.The rights of rural land ownership should be strengthened,implementation of land use control system should be carried out strictly,land administration system,laws and regulations be perfected,and target planning and monitoring be carried out at the same time. |
