摘    要:采用C18固相萃取GC/FPD法测定水中的5种有机磷农药残留,用甲醇和水活化固相萃取柱,二氯甲烷-正己烷洗脱,定容1.00mL上机测定;讨论了萃取时间、洗脱体积、氢气流量等影响因素。此方法可用于饮用水中马拉硫磷、乐果、对硫磷、敌敌畏和甲拌磷的分析测定。

Residues Determination of Five Kinds of Organic Phosphorus Pesticide in Drinking Water

Abstract:By using the method extracted organic phosphorus pesticide used C18 and detected with GC/ FPD, five kinds of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in drinking water are determined. C18 was activated by methanol/water and eluted with chloride / n--hexane, the measured volume was 1.00mL. The extraction time, elution volume and the hydrogen flow rate were discussed as well. This method can be used for the determination of malathion, dimethoate, parathion, phorate and dichlorvos in drinking water.
