煤田煤矿区火灾与环境效应及其防治对策

摘    要:煤田煤矿区火灾是煤炭生产中的主要灾害之一。煤田煤矿区火灾由自燃和人为因素引起。中国煤田煤矿区火灾不仅损失了 42× 10 8t煤炭资源 ,而且还以每年破坏 2× 10 8t左右煤炭资源的速度发展。此外 ,煤田煤矿区火灾不仅致使人员死亡 ,还引起环境污染和生态平衡的破坏。在分析我国煤田煤矿区火灾的起因基础上 ,本文提出了以研究预测预报煤田煤矿区发火规律为主 ,灭火技术并进的防灭火对策

Abstract:The fire in the coalfields and coal mines is one of the serious disasters in coal production and arises from coal spontaneous combustion and coal exploitation. The 4200Mt coal resources have been lost due to this kind of disaster and 200Mt/a coal resources are still losed in China. Moreover, the fire not only results in death of coal workers, but also brings about environmental pollution and ecological losses in balance. On the basis of analysis of the cause of fire, the paper suggests a countermeasure against coal fire,which consists of prediction of the law of fire ignition and the new technology and material researches to prevent and put out a fire as well.
