| 摘 要： | 昆明岩溶断陷盆地处于长江、红河、珠江三大水系分水岭地带，面积2920km^2。随着昆明城市建设的快速发展，滇池地区的自然环境受到极大影响。最为严重的是滇池及地下水污染，在脆弱的地质环境条件下，加之人类不合理的工程活动，地下水位持续下降、岩溶塌陷、地面沉降以及石漠化、山地灾害等一系列环境地质问题日愈加剧，严重制约了当地社会经济的持续发展。本文通过研究昆明岩溶断陷盆地地质环境条件及各种环境地质问题产生的原因及形成机理，为城市规划、建设、管理提供可靠的地质环境信息，从而提出环境地质问题治理对策，对于昆明市的科学发展有着重要的现实意义。 |

| Abstract: | The Karst fault basin in Kunming is located along the watershed of the Yangtze River, the Honghe River and the Pearl River, with an area of 2,920 km^2. With the rapid development of urban construction in Kunming, the natural surroundings around Dianchi Lake have been tremendously affected. The most serious issue is the pollution of Dianchi Lake and the groundwater. Meanwhile, due to fragile geological and environmental conditions plus irrational engineering activities of mankind, a series of environmental and geological problems are deteriorating, such as continuous water level lowering, Karst sinking, land subsidence, rocky desertification, and disasters in mountainous region, which has severely hindered the local socio-economical development. Through research on the geological and environmental conditions of the Karst fault basin in Kunming and on the causes and forming mechanisms of various environmental and geological problems, this article has provided reliable geological and environmental information for urban planning, construction and management, thus to propose some countermeasures to tackle the environmental and geological problems, which bears imminent and realistic meaning for the scientific development of Kunming City. |
