| 摘 要： | 矿产资源的开发利用强有力地推动了新疆区域经济的发展,同时也造成地质灾害、环境污染和资源破坏的问题.在系统分析这些问题的基础上,为实现社会经济和生态环境的可持续发展战略,提出健全矿山地质生态环境法规、加强可持续发展宣传教育和开展矿山地质生态环境防治理论研究的对策.

| Abstract: | The exploitation of mineral resources has strongly promoted the economic development of Xinjiang,but also caused geo-hazards,environmental pollution and resource destruction.A systematic analysis is done of these issues.And,to realize the sustainable development strategy of society,economy and eco-environment,measures are proposed to make complete mine geo-ecological environment regulations,strengthen publicity and education on sustainable development and carry out theoretical studies of mine geo-ecological environment prevention and control. |
