| Abstract: | As a kind of scientific project management technique, network plan is widely used in the process of project organization and practice, which can conduct an all-around plan and organization, carry on the comparison of different scheme at the early stage of project and arrange the objective schedule more scientifically. The advantages of using network plan in project management is discussed in detail with a tunnel crossing the Yangtse river. |
