摘    要:对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定矿石中铜、铅、锌、钾、钠、钛、钒7种元素的整个实验过程可能引入的各种不确定度来源进行分析,并对各种不确定度分量进行量化计算,最后得出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,给出测试结果。

Abstract:The paper focuses on the discussion of the uncertainty source during the testing of seven elements such as copper, led, zinc, potassium, sodium, titanium and vanadium from the ores by the method of the inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy. It makes a quantizing calculation for the variable component of different uncertainty, and finishes up with the synthetic criteria uncertainty and the expanding uncertainty. Finally, the veracious test results are obtained.
