| 摘 要： | 新修订的《中华人民共和国土地管理法》已于１９９９年元旦实施，其重要特点之一是实行土地用途管理，限制农用地转为非农建设用地，确保耕地动态平衡，因此，必面编制土地利用总体规划，而土地适宜性评价是“规划”编制的基础，也是各级政府土地利用决策的依据之一。我们在编制大田县土地利用总体规划中，对该县建设用地，水域，裸岩地以外的大部分土地作了适宜性评价，划分了宜耕，宜园，宜林地和暂不适宜土地，并进一步划定了适宜

| Abstract: | The new national land law has been put into effect in January 1,1999,one important feature of which is to put the administration of land use into practice,to control the agricultural land into non agricultural land and to ensure the dynamic balance of the cultivated land.Therefore,it is necessary to compile a general plan of land utilization.The suitability evaluation of land utilization is the basis of compiling the general plan of land utilization and is one of the evidences of establishing the policy of land utilization for the local governments.During the compilation of the general plan of land utilization for Datian County,the suitability evaluation of land utilization has been undertaken for the most of land except for the constructed land,waters and uncovered rocks.According to the evaluation results,it is divided into four kinds of land,that is the land suitable for cultivation,for garden,for forest and for temporary non plantation,and subdivided into three kinds of the land suitable for agriculture,which is the scientific basis of reasonable land utilization for Datian County. |
