| 摘 要： | 该文通过对长江口崇明岛滩地柱状样进行^210Pb和^137Cs以及11个重金属元素的测试，以探讨重金属元素在河口滩地中的沉积与迁移过程，剖析其分布规律，从而为崇明岛滩涂资源的合理规划、利用提供科学依据。研究发现70年代以来的沉积物中重金属元素含量普遍高于70年代以前。在空间上，堡镇附近重金属元素含量比崇明岛其它地方明显要高，在岛上的另一个主要城镇城桥附近，重金属元素没有显示高值，反映重金属含量与径、潮流的淘洗作用有关。

| Abstract: | Four hand-pressed sediment cores(C1 - C4)were taken in the spring of 1997 on the Chongming Island,in which two major industrial pollution sources, i. e. Baozhen and Chengqiao are present. The contents of the 11 selected heavy metal elements in most of the cores generally is of high value in the upper section of the sediment core, indicating the contamination caused by the industrial evolution since 1970. Heavier pollution in the Baozhen region demonstrated by core Cl was found higher than other part of the island. And the low contents of heavy metal elements around Chengqiao is revealed by core C4 reflect the winnowing effect of the strong in - out tidal currents, which had driven away the fine particles (mostly in clay size) with the heavy metal elements adsorbed. C2 and C3 which are relatively far away to the major pollution sources of the Island, indicate a slight contamination as contents of heavy metal elements in the upper section of these two sediment core showing lower values. It is noted that the region around C2 and C3. is the major one where the progradation rate can be setimated at 50 - 100 m per year on average. Because of the rapidly prograding, the Chongming Island has been increased by - 50% in recent 50years.Thus.it is very critical to protect this newly born part of the Chongming Island which being further affected by the industrial impact. |
