鄂西高铁高钛煤系高岭土矿选矿工艺实验研究

摘    要:以鄂西地区高铁高钛煤系高岭土矿为原料,采用浮选脱硫、强磁选除铁的浮-磁联合流程,选矿除杂效果显著。选矿产品经搅磨超细磨和煅烧工艺处理,最终产品产率77.5%,白度90.3,粒度90.2%、2μm。精矿各项指标均达到90级高级加工纸质量要求。

Experimental research of beneficiation process for high-iron and high-titanium coal measures kaolin deposit, weatern Hubei province

Abstract:We report a new beneficiation process for high - iron and high - titanium coal measures kaolin ore of western Hubei province. The combined use of flotation desulphurization and strong magnetic removal of iron for the raw materials can get great effect of beneficiation and edulcoration. Then the products are treated with mixing ultrafine grinding and calcination process which make the final product yield to reach 77.5 %, whiteness degree to reach 90.3, and particle size to be 90.2% - 2μm. The quality of ore concentrate processing with the above beneficiation process can be satisfied for the requirements of grade 90 high - level paper.
