基于GIS的岩溶煤矿区土地利用适宜性评价研究——以重庆市南桐矿区为例

摘    要:以SPOT5卫星为基本信息获取该地区的地貌数据,并根据该地区的土地利用现状、土壤特征、煤炭开采状况等9个指标,采用多因素分级指标综合评价法对南桐矿区的土地利用适宜性进行评价。按照土地的用途划分宜耕、宜园和宜林土地类三个类型,根据影响因子对土地用途的影响程度制定分级指标。评价结果表明,高度适宜、中等适宜、基本适宜和不适宜耕地分别为5321hm2、8361hm2、7973hm2和4656hm2;园地分别为315hm2、629hm2、405hm2和117hm2;林地分别为8867hm2、7303hm2、5977hm2和2643hm2。为能更好地利用土地资源和促进矿区的可持续发展,建议将原来的耕地、园地和林业用地比例10∶0.6∶9.4调整为10∶5.7∶14。

Abstract:Land use planning is crucial to the area under severe soil erosion, especially in Southwest China karst area. Land use suitability evaluation is an important basis for landscape and land use planning. Taking Nantong coal mine area as an example, based on nine indices such as land use state, soil feature, coal mine extracting state etc. collected from SPOT-5 images, the present situation of land use and coal exploitation, the climate and the soil erosion types, the land use suitability are comprehensively evaluated. Three types of land, suitable for farming, plantation and planting trees, are divided according to the purpose of land. Based on their impact degrees, four indicative classes of the index are divided as very suitability, middling suitability, basic suitability and unsuitability. The four types are 5 321hm2, 8 361hm2, 7 973hm2and 4 656hm2in area suitable for farming. The four types are 315hm2, 629hm2, 405hm2and 117hm2in area suitable for plantation. The four types are 8 867hm2, 7 303hm2, 5 977hm2and 2 643hm2in area suitable for planting trees. By comparing the different suitability of current farmland, plantation and woodland, some sound suggestions on land use in light of this land evaluation are put forth. The scale of farmland, plantation and woodland should be changed from 10 : 0.6 : 9.4 to 10 : 5.7 :14 in order to reach sustainable development for the mining area.
