摘 要: | 本文以C建筑设计研究院为例,在大量问卷调查的基础上介绍了工程设计咨询企业员工存在的心理问题及企业引入EAP的必要性,并结合实际探讨与工程设计咨询企业相匹配的EAP实施模式。

Abstract: | On the basis of a great number of questionnaire surveys, this thesis takes C Building Design Research Institute as the example, and introduces the characteristics of engineering design consultation enterprise staff, the existing psychological problems and the necessity of introducing EAP. Besides, through connecting with the actual study, the thesis aims to explore an EAP implementation model which matches with engineering design consultation enterprise. |
