| Abstract: | On the basis of a great number of questionnaire surveys, this thesis takes C Building Design Research Institute as the example, and introduces the characteristics of engineering design consultation enterprise staff, the existing psychological problems and the necessity of introducing EAP. Besides, through connecting with the actual study, the thesis aims to explore an EAP implementation model which matches with engineering design consultation enterprise. |
