| 摘 要： | 为促进配电网项目可行性研究阶段的投资控制与管理,笔者根据所在省配电网工程通用造价方案,计算相应敏感系数作为控制投资规模的基础,同时,提出及时修正因各种外部因素而造成项目费用增大的方法和建议,以保证项目投资控制目标的最终实现。

| Abstract: | To improve investment control and management of distribution network in feasibility study, according to general project cost of distribution network applied in author＇s working place, the author calculates related sensitivity coefficient as the basis of controlling investment volume and puts forward some suggestions to modify project cost increasing caused by various external factors, which all aims to achieve project investment control. |
