CuInSe2太阳电池薄膜的制备技术及研究进展

摘    要:着重介绍了CuInSe2的结构和光、电学特性;讨论了多各上薄膜沉积技术;评价了主要的合成装置及其作途;综述了制备CuInSe2太阳电池器件的工艺和材料,提出了一种能成功地生产大面积太阳电池薄膜的经济有铲的沉积技术。

Abstract:CuInSe 2 is one of the most promising absorbing generating semiconductor materials for photovoltaic solar energy conversion.The structural,optical and electrical properties are summaried.The principles of all deposition techniques,the conditions of deposition,details on the nature of the deposits and their usefulness for device fabrication,with an appraisal of each deposition technique are reviewed.The steps and materials employed in the development of CuInSe 2 based solar cells and modules are given.By a comparison of these techniques,the electrodeposition method is thought full of promise as a commercially viarable deposition technique for successful development of large area thin film solar cells at present time.
