| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯不仅是世界上石油、天然气储量和开采量大国,而且是长输油气管道技术水平较高的国家.以近年来俄罗斯长输油气管道事故统计资料作为切入点,分析了俄罗斯长输油气管道事故的类型及发生的原因,并提出了对中国现役管道管理的建议和将建管道应注意的事项.

| Abstract: | It is known that Russia is a country rich in petroleum and natural gas deposits, and famous for petroleum recovery and natural gas extraction, and is also a country with advanced technology in gas and oil pipelines. This paper analyzes types of and reasons for oil and gas pipelines accidents based on detailed statistical information on gas and oil pipelines accidents in Russia. Further,it presents suggestions on how to manage the available pipelines and how to construct the will-be pipelines in China. |
