聚合粗粒金刚石的应用

摘    要:针对热压金刚石钻头在钻进中尚存在钻进时效不高、适应性不广的弱点,进行了聚合粗粒金刚石钻头的应用研究,从聚合粗粒金刚石的聚合方法与工艺,到聚合粗粒金刚石破碎岩石的特点,进行了较深入的分析.研制的聚合粗粒金刚石钻头,在室内进行了钻进试验,钻进Ⅸ级中—细粒致密花岗岩能获得2.59 m/h的时效,和普通金刚石钻头相比钻进效率提高了24%,表明聚合粗粒金刚石可以弥补普通金刚石钻头对岩层适应性较低的弱点,具有研究价值和应用前景.

Abstract:Considering the currently existed weaknesses of low penetration rate and narrow applicability of hot pressed diamond bit during the drilling process,the application of coarse aggregated diamond has been illustrated in this paper.In-depth analyses have been performed from the aggregation technology of coarse diamond to the rock crushing characteristics of the coarse aggregated diamond.Indoor drilling tests in medium-to-fine grain dense granite with nine-level drillability for the developed bit with coarse aggregated diamond were carried out.The penetration rate of 2.59 m/h was obtained,which is 24% higher than that of the normal diamond bit.The result indicates that the bad applicability of normal diamond bit to different rock formations can be conquered by using the developed aggregation technology,which has both research value and application prospects.
