| Abstract: | Environment and resources, as two parts of earth's ecology, are indispensable for people to live on and develop. They constitute a contradictory unity, but complement and restrict mutually. Once linked with economy, they can own two significant characters limitation (or finite) and rareness (or value). In short, they have intimate relations and no one can separate them. |
