辉沸石的离子迁移性及其对电子探针定量分析精度的影响

摘    要:通过实验发现辉沸石是一种很好的快离子导体材料,但却很难用电子探针对其进行精确的定量分析,我们通过各种表面处理和试验方法的对比,提出了可以较有效提高定量分析精度的方法,解释了所观察到的实验现象。并率先研究了离子迁移机理与试样表面性能的关系。

Abstract:Our experiments have revealed that foresite is a kind of excellent fast ion conductor material,but electron microprobe is not powerful enough for its precision quantitative analysis- Through various ways of surface treatment and a comparison of various experimental methods an effective method has been developed, which can be used to carry out more precision quantitative analysis.With this method the author has studied the relationship between the mechanism of ion migration and the electric properties of specimen surface.
