家兔桡骨的红外光谱及其意义

摘    要:本文提供了家兔桡骨及其加热样品的红外光谱。根据红外光谱资料,讨论了骨矿物的无机成分和矿化过程。实验结果表明,比值I_(1600cm~(-1))/I_(571cm~(-1))对新骨生长时间的关系曲线,可以作为新骨钙化(新骨长成)的一种标志。

Abstract:Presented in this paper are the infrared spectra of rabbit radius and its heated samples. Based on the IR data, the inorganic composition and mineralization of the bone minerals are discussed. Experimental results show that the relationship curve of I_((1600cm)~(-1))/I_(((571cm~(-1)), against the time of new bone growth can be considered as a useful indicator of new bone calcification. The relationship curve is also quite useful for medical purposes.
