四川沐川黄丹石英砂岩铁质赋存状态研究

摘    要:为了给四川沐川黄丹石英砂岩矿的深入评价和低铁石英等高端应用提供科学依据,在前期研究基础上,采用X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、X射线粉晶衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)等现代岩矿测试分析技术,并采用动态和综合分析以及微区原位分析等方法,对矿石铁质赋存状态进行了深入研究,结果表明:原矿w(Fe2O3)为0.161%左右,变化范围是0.086%~0.272%;矿石的Fe2O3含量与SiO2和粒度大小呈负相关,而与SO3、Al2O3和K2O呈正相关;原矿石英含量〉90%,粒径范围0.2~0.5 mm,其晶体结构中不含类质同象杂质,但其表面存在大小为1~100μm的溶蚀坑,较大者被伊利石粘土所充填;粘土矿物和以黄铁矿为主要含铁矿物的黑色杂质的含量分别约为8%和1%,二者是Fe2O3的主要载体,所贡献的Fe2O3占原矿质量分数分别约为0.076%和0.085%(其中黄铁矿的贡献值为0.050%)。

Abstract:In order to provide scientific evidence for in-depth evaluation of the quartzose sandstone of Huangdan,Muchuan County and high-end application in the quartz sand with lower iron,the iron reservoir state in the ore was studied with a variety of mineral test and analysis methods including X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis(XRF),X-ray powder diffraction analysis(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive analysis(EDS).The results show that the content of Fe2O3 in raw ore is about 0.161%,and the changing range is 0.086%–0.272%.The content of Fe2O3 in the ore is negative correlated with the content of SiO2 and particle size,and positive correlated with the content of SO3,Al2O3 and K2O.The content of quartz whose particle size is in the range of 0.2-0.5 mm is higher than 90% and there is no isomorph in the quartz crystal structure.But there are some of pockets whose particle size is 1-100 μm on the quartz’s surface.The bigger pockets are filled by illite clay minerals.The clay minerals and black impurities whose basis is pyrite are the main carrier for Fe2O3.And their contents are about 8% and 1%,respectively.Their contribution values of Fe2O3 are about 0.076% and 0.085% (pyrite is about 0.050%),respectively.
