摘    要:利用场发射高分辨率扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和场发射高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对广西合浦所产的具伴色和不具伴色的优质白色海水珍珠表面进行了系统的观察。通过对比分析珍珠在微米级至纳米级范围内微结构及超微结构特征的变化,证明了珍珠质层是天然的纳米材料,组成文石晶层的3μm文石小晶片是由10~60 nm的纳米文石小晶粒组成,珍珠伴色与其表面生长机理纹规则与否相关。

Abstract:We investigated the surface ultrastructue of cultured high-quality white seawater pearls with or without overtone from Hepu by means of Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy(FESEM),Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM) and High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy(HRTEM).The results show that nacre consists of natural nano material.In addition,the aragonite is made up of small chips whose size is about 3 μm.The small chips of aragonite are made of small grains of aragonite whose size is about 10~60 nm.The overtone of pearls is relevant to regular growth texture.
